Description

  1. To know how to use time-based variances.
  2. To know how to construct project logic.
  3. To know how to schedule a project based on activity duration.
  4. To know how to analyse cost variances, both at data date and at completion.
  5. To know how to analyse project schedule from availability of allocated resources.
  6. To know how to apply Earned Value Management (EVM).

Finalité

By the end of this program, students will be able to effectively lead projects in technology, life science, construction, financial services, health care, and other industries. Students will learn from individual assignments, quizzes, exams, presentations, and group projects.

By the end of this program students will:

  • Develop a complete set of skills to be effective project managers.

  • Bachelor’s Degree holder or equivalent
  • 3 years of professional experience
